As a retired USACIDC Special Agent, I’m going to say this is more of a radicalization of an individual than a so called sleeper cell. Now, if multiple incidents of the same or similar nature occur, that would be more along the lines of a sleeper cell. That’s like saying Nadal Hassan was a sleeper cell at Fort Hood. Hopefully, it’s just an isolated incident.
