Emergency Call 112 - China Telecom CDMA 1X vs VoLTE

For someone doesn't know, in China the GSM emergency call 112 does not connect to anybody. In China Mobile/China Unicom network, it only results in a voice guidance for calling real emergency numbers. In China Telecom CDMA 1x network, 112 is not implemented and the response will be "Incorrect number" voice; However on the recently started VoLTE network, the response is a strange beep sequence and "Number not exist" voice.

I think, instead of playing a recorded guidance message or “number does not exist”, it is better to implement 112 by redirecting 112 to 110
