Hello sir.. I've built a outdoor mini pond of 1000litre cement tank for koi fish.. it has currently top filter+DIY filter, 2shubunkin,one indian koi, water lily and other aquatic plants but no rocks and gravel and kept it in a shaded area which gets some sunlight. Since it was setup recently I'm facing algae problem(single cell /green water) I've added one pouch of ADA(super4) but so far no significant results. Please recommend some algae remover medicine to make a crystal clear water Regards

First, try to block direct sunlight from hitting your tank as much as possible. Change 50% water of your tank weekly. Increase surface agitation and use good quality filters like canister filters and improve filtration. You can now use a UV sterilizer to get rid of green water most effectively and effortlessly. No algae remover / medicine will work in this condition.

I made this for our school project but the airstone is not working instantly and sometimes the bottle filled completely with water but then also it doesn't work.....I tried many times but the bubbles were coming out of stone only 2 3 times ...

It will not work properly if there are any leaks in the joints or if the cap is not tightly closed.
