I love watching your videos, being a retired Critical Care RN/ER nurse. Making sure my assessment skills are still there!

I can't believe this is run on charity funds..... This government needs to get it's priorities right and nt give our money away to foreign countries as sorry as I am for them.....

Ambulance Services in Australia have their own fleet of helicopters, and two states even have fixed wing aircraft in their ambulance fleets. It is a shame that NHS doesn't fund rescue choppers in the UK. They also need to copy Australian rescue choppers in providing equipment to allow paramedics to perform winch rescues.

That drs voice in first accident would do my head in if I was in pain 😮😂 I’d have to politely tell her to stop talking 😂😂😂😂

………if you were in pain with a badly fractured ankle bone, the sound of a doctor’s voice would be the least of your problems’. Just be grateful that you’re being seen to by a skilled medico, who’ll get you to hospital to re-set that bone, asap………

Poor quality ladders and steps are everywhere. Look for the Standard EN131.
