Sir a pt. 28 year old male presented in emergency with complain of severe pain in ist ist metatarsal bone of right foot. His uric acid was slightly high. He has 3 episodes of similar complain in past 2 year .. he give history of sexual contact with multiple sex partners and their partners also have multiple partners ..his hep b and c and HIV screening done. They were negative.. which other tests you will advise.. plzzz answer sir.. i shall be very thankful to you
