Sir, once i have given morphine for a patient with intestinal obstruction for pain relief with out knowing that he is a COPD patient. Then I have seen profound wheeze and tachycardia which subsided after treatment

Use morphine cautiously, books recommended doses may create this issue.... As recommended before administration of every drug make sire that you are taking a drug /past medical history
