Doubt- in tintinallis mentioned that pelvic binder is useful only in openbook type pelvic # and may be harmful in lateral compression and vertical shear #... 1) we can apply pelvic binder in all pelvic #???? 2) if mechanism of injury is not know we can apply pelvic binder?????
