Because it’s not required, every fixture has to have a means for shut off and the means to shut off the kitchen faucet and also the laundry sink is the angle stop that are underneath each fixture

Do they still require a sprinkler head over the boiler ? In Mass they required us to install one over the boiler for a few years but they changed the code. It never made sense to put one over the boiler. We no longer need to put 5/8ths sheetrock over boilers.

Happy 4th Mikey, btw what was causing the corrosion on the copper pipe? if I had to guess the last person had some sort of residue on their hands which transferred to the pipes. They failed to clean the smug marks and left it as it.... Course I have no real idea that's why I need to be fed Mikey :)

Wish I was in America on my birthday, the 4th of July 🎉. Wonder how they celebrate other than having the day off work. That leak could do with a plaster as its only a pinhole leak. Jubilee clip with rubber and sort it another time. Any excuse to get Mickey Pipes round. Mickey don't hold the 📱 😮, only the steering wheel.

Did you leave out a valve at 5:09. I believe you thought that was going to the kitchen sink. Maybe not needed anyway if there was a stop before the faucet - as there should be.
