The ABH skin tint balm is the first makeup product I'm returning. Instead of oxidizing orange, it went diaper cream white. Emphasizes texture, settles into fine lines, feels like a mask yet slides off the face within two hours (and I have dry skin), and then I broke out around the muzzle. Returning makeup is something that I just don't like to do, but that shit deserves to go back IMO.

Following up from your last video with the Glossier bronzers, I kind of just took for granted that bronzer would never look natural on me, despite being a medium skin brown girl who definitely bronzes. I've even tried the rosy and red tones. You are right that that Glossier shade "swept" is the bananas believable shade I have been looking for. I'm pretty sure I'm not olive because green color corrector looks a little dead on me and my lips are *also* blue, but that color is the first thing to actually look really at home to my complexion. It even goes a little rosy on me! I also bought the darkest shade to add some dimension and subtle contour. It’s such a confidence booster to find colors that just look good and “Is she wearing makeup or is she just glowing?” on you and I hope brands keep paying attention to subtle undertones!

I smelled that Valentino Green Stravaganza perfume just yesterday. Go smell the juicy couture noir perfume then the green stravaganza one. They are SO similar! The Valentino one is a little more juicy smelling, but OMG. so similar it is uncanny!

you mentioned fluorescent orange blush and so i’m going to recommend (as i always do and will not stop doing) sunstone by likelymakeup (it’s in their fairy palette). it LOOKS like the doir coral blush shade but it is very different and it LOOKS like maybe that new patrick ta one but is also very different. it’s just v unique to me and i love the look it gives to my pale ass cool olive skintone. also the art on the packaging of the palette is by the owner of the brand and i love her style so much. have i mentioned this ten thousand times in a bunch of peoples comment sections? yes. and i won’t stop

Random. I really want to try givenchy in person highlighter and consealer specifically. I think its funny I love trying on prior to buying but HATE dirty products in store. I wish that they had testing products that were only accessible by staff that would do it all very sanitary. Also I dislike when they don't have a tester of every shade or they are empty. Final rant I hate the lighting in sephora. It's so unnatural and misleading imo.

Call me devil's avocado but the paleness...you were giving Tess of the D'Urbervilles there for a while-full English rose in a milkmaid's outfit being carried across a large puddle and blushing, but...ultimately doomed because Hardy's tales are DARK. Also what was that about a pigeon? Walter Pidgeon? Was that a yoga pose? I have a pigeon in my garden. His name is Geoff and not to body shame anyone but Geoff has been very busy with the new wheat shoots. Okay, follow me on this: luxury eyeshadow quad from Charlotte tilbury, and I recommend exaggereyes or the sophisticate. Both make a basic and beautiful everyday eye look VERY easy, and the formulas are super user friendly. That said, they're super expensive, so if you want to wait for a sale on the makeup by Mario Site and get ethereal eyes OR pay $50 for something SUPER practical, the SKKN by Kim palette is unironically fantastic.

Oh great - I didn't know that. Another exciting activity my body is practicing as I age. I just told my kids the other day that I had officially reached the age of having to carry tissues with me - I remember my grandmother always having tissues. Hell, she was like a dispenser! Up her sleeves, in her bra...I will never accept these odd things my body is doing! I am 50 - nowhere close enough to be getting all of these symptoms of perimenapause or menopause! (And why does every doctor on the planet now ask if I'm in menapause?? You turn 50 and it's like the world thinks you've shriveled up!) (Maybe it's because your nose is running so much?) Sorry. I'll put the rant box away now. (Unless THAT'S a sign of being in perimenapausal or menapausal!) ❤😂
