The absolute proof SJ was nothing at the TS, other than Jay’s jab at Howard by Jay poaching one of Howard’s guys, is the fact that SJ has done nothing in the entertainment industry since the TS ended. Ten years “writing” at the TS and unemployed since! The truth? SJ was so bad on camera and interacting with Jay, that they took him off camera after a year, cut his salary and stuck him in the back room and called him a “writer”.

Howard had to do the same thing to justify his paycheck. SJ was given the writer role bc you can't pay an intern who's been there for 15 years, but won't do anything beyond the intern role, which he completely sucked at.
