There were a lot of people at the pharmacy waiting that couldn't get served. Maybe hire a 2nd pharmacist? And maybe add a 2nd staff room? You only have one and now much more staff with longer walks to the staff room.

That last message was that a patient who had been transferred from the emergency clinic offices to the observation room was ready to be transferred back, but you don't have anyone working in the walk-in urgent care overnight. Say he came in for abdominal pain. Well, it could be appendicitis, so the send him to be attached to a machine that goes beep while they wait for tests, because if his temp spikes or his blood ox drops, they want to know. But, then they run all the tests and it's not appendicitis, it's lactose intolerance and to much ice cream. The Trauma Center doctors will say " congratulations, it is not your appendix, but instead lactose," and try to transfer him back to Dr Dave or Penge or whoever is in those offices to explain to the patient what things they should avoid eating, and suggest soy Ben And Jerry's in the future. But since you have no overnight Dr Dave, you have a non emergency taking up a bed and an expensive beeping machine until day shift comes in Long story short, hire a night shift Dr Dave and Penge. Also, they will help your treated per day numbers.

Good luck on the new radiographic rooms next time! I remember when my hospital got a new MRI it cost about £2,000,000 in total... Also, I think this game has decided on just one type of screening per bone as CT scans of a clavicle fracture are usually only done if there's a mid-bone fracture that might result in a shorter clavicle after surgery. So you'd CT to determine length before and after based on your joints.

hey Penge, thank you for the video. It occurred to me that you could send the patient to a different doctor, that has the advanced diagnostic skill for those that need differential diagnosis instead of sending them to other hospitals. I THINK it is as simple as clicking the doctor portrait on the patient tab.

Doc and Nurse room you could have just kept it as 1 big room just 2 areas. The reason why some cleaners are in green and some in orange is because they are assigned to different departments and each depart has different sets of clothes.
