Emeril has been my hero since my daughter was young. We'd sit together and watch Emeril:Live and she'd say "Dad, that looks good", and I'd go to web site, download the recipe and make it! I really missed him when he stopped. Now I watch Chef Jean Pierre who reminds me a lot of Emeril. I've been to many of Emeril's restaurants over the years and multiple times at that. Glad you're back on KZbin. Keep it up!

Back in the good old days of the Food Network and Emeril Live, I would watch every show and the re-runs as well. One night at dinner, I remember my kids telling me I should always watch Emeril. I said, "Oh, why is that?" My Son then said, "Because your cooking has gotten a lot better." Thanks Chef, I've missed you, and I'm glad I found you here.
