Thank you Emeril. I made my first souffle today and this is it: idk 28oz can pumpkin/3 grade B medium eggs scrambled/some whole milk/some coffee from the pot/1 t iodized salt/2 t ground cinnamon/pinch of ground cloves/pinch of chinese 5 spice. So I baked it on 225F for 30 minutes then 350F for 30 minutes in a glass pan. My diet for poor folk and better health is coming along. Thank you for helping me finally learn how to make a souffle.
