Emeril staff, ask him if he remembers an Asian pork marinade recipe from around 2004, 2005. It might have come out earlier than that but you could use his 5 spice essence or he gave us the recipe to make our own. Optional red pepper flakes, star anise, etc. You could put it on a bumper I think was his phrase. Great for pork or just about anything. I must have it on a disc somewhere. Man that was good marinade.
