Bought your ball joints for my dodge a couple of years ago. Still can't seem to find the time to install them but I am definitely looking forward to it...eventually.

Why do you put this video up when you don't seem to sell or support your heim joint products anymore, cant even order parts online. What's the deal? Why are you always pausing production.

We are currently looking for the right members to join our team to help with the manufacturing - ones that care enough about the end product that they do a quality job and add something to our company. We don't want to just hire anyone off the street because we do a very high quality product and we expect that whoever is working for the company and machining it for us, to deliver the same quality. This is why we don't farm our work out to other machine shops because they don't do the quality of work that we (and our customers) expect. So when the government pays people to stay at home and do nothing, we end up with a society that is lazy and lacks any sort of motivation or pride in anything. Have you noticed the quality of everything has taken a nose dive while the costs have skyrocketted? We aren't in the business to make money, we are in the business because we love to help customers fix problems. This is why we try to keep the costs as low as we can while offering the best product we can manufacture. To make a long story shorter, we had to make some cuts to the product line in order to deliver the highest quality for the best sellers. In our case, the Ball Joints account for approx 80% of our total sales so that is why we chose to focus on the Ball joints for the time being, until we can add some good team members to our company that will help speed up the process of manufacturing Heims and Tie Rod Ends again. And we still do have all the rebuild parts for the Heims and Tie Rod ends so if you're ever in need of parts, please shoot us a text or a call or an email and let us know what you have and what you need and I'm sure we can help you out. :) It's important to us that we support the people who supported us as customers!
