Emilie vs Xiangling is the new Yelan vs Xingqiu

not really though xDDDDD Xiangling : no ICD, pure pyro app, snaphsot, Pyro shred, acceleration through mecanics (such as pedaling) Emilie : damage, Oz => most times REQUIRES Xiangling 💀 can't be any competitive outside of Mono Pyro, and most Burnmelt or Neuvillette Vape set ups are either unrealistic or too slow. Neuvi : Neuvi E, Kazuha E Xiangling Burst. Here you normally just Neuvi and aim at Vaping every hit possible and 10/15s a stage. WHile with Emilie, you have to switch her in, wasting couple of seconds. Worth mentionning for casual plays, Emilie might feel better. Burnmelt is a joke, I've never seen any 20s clear outside of whales with this shit, it's straight up garbage. At the demerit of Emilie, she is Dendro, so she doesn't benefiit from any VV (which is mainly why Dendro DPSs are WAY worse than Pyro, Cryo, Electro, Hydro) As a Dendro unit, she can't be played with Chevreuse (which I may remind is the only unit outside of Zhongli having sort of RES Shred). And Chevreuse are notorious at explodind ST with Chevreuse, Sara, XL, Clorinde/Raiden She isn"t any option for Childe international, which to this day is one the best fast clearing/ speedrunning team. The major thing Emilie provides is... a way for Mono Pyro to go through Hydro shield? (if it's any faster than Kazuha) Freeing Xiangling for Chevy team? (if you play both Mono Pyro and Chevreuse's stuff) Low effort, decent results (which is the basics for a 5 star these days apparently)

Emilie and Xiangling do two different things , One is a Versatile Applier for Pyro , Another is a Niche Applier for Dendro but only when Pyro is done. Same thing with Yelan and Xingqiu , Yelan , Who really cares for her ult which can only be activated with Normal Attackers (Don’t have her but according to talents this is it) , Maybe at cons she might be versatile but just saying , Xingqiu also is more versatile with him being somewhat healing , Can be a Battery for DPS like Childe , He can be used with Charged Attackers though Normally he himself is used with Yelan if Yelan is without another hydro character , Hes usually her battery

Both TGS and Zajeff take is Different from Jstern , one would encourage to build ER the other would prefer having to burst every rotation because it's aoe and not bursting, means not that as good.

@@mickysaif good luck for: - Navia teams - Chevreuse archetype Notice that these 3 archetypes (including National) are among the best, while Emilie is just a sidegrade in Mono Pyro. Probably downgrade tbh in Mono Pyro, because if I can remind, Lyney wants 3 Pyrro to take advantage of A4, and Gudba -15% Pyro shred is relevant in this archetype. "buffing" Burnmelt (suboptimal archetype) is not a huge pedigree to beging with. Worth mentionning that in some cases Emilie might be worse than Nahida there, as Nahida provides EM for Ganyu/Wrio. Elsewhere, the simple fact the option exists, it's cool.

I think Emilie was not the type of burning character we hoped for initially. And the same can be said for Chiori in terms of a DEF scaling Geo off-field unit. They are very similar units, and this archetype i feel is not very popular. Even Xiangling offers a tiny situational buff through Guoba...

Chevy is awesome because she is basically a mobile mini-bennett with additional res shred in her teams, which leaves two open team slots for sub-dps characters and allows for interesting new team comps. she's pretty darn good even at c0 and gives buffing on par with Furina at c6 (she is still objectively worse than Furina by virtue of being niche and not having as good of personal damage, but she's more fun in my opinion). Emilie does absolutely nothing like that. Chiori is an apt comparison, though. doesn't enable new or niche teams, just does enough personal damage in them to make them a bit more viable.

Sadest thing about emilie is that her signiture is a 80% increase over her best f2p weapon and a 35.1% increase over her seconds best weapon which is calamity qweller and that she is super single target.

If I do get her, she's just going on deepwood. Mostly because xiangling and thoma are energy black holes. So i would need to farm that set for them. And switching them around every time i want to play chevruse would be annoying.

All of these analysis videos of characters are so non innovative and doesn't go pass the abyss content. You only spend around 30 minutes every 2 weeks in there and that's not even a significance of the 99% of the content which is world exploration. Even someone deemed as the worst 5* Dheya is viable open world because of her move speed passive and innate self healing making her basically immortal. Where's the cover for that? How does she interact with the world, fun factor, does her skill cooldown affect her usability with just smaller mobs, how long does she need to heal whenever she burns her team. Even theater abyss you just need to own a character. Doesn't even need to be full potential. These characters are premiums so you're going to weigh in how much time you're saving when doing said things and not just abyss.

Cause ER weapon (specially sacrifical bow if im not wrong) much better for support than her own bow. Of course for personal damage his signature is by far the best, but the thing is sigewine personal damage is a huge L unless u got C4.

Alhaithams damage will drop off a hill if you do that basically, his best team is hyperbloom because of the quick dendro app on quicken, without quicken alhaitham doesn't do enough damage. Ofc Bennet Xiangling Emilie alhaitham might be able to clear, but it's just not the best or optimal use case scenario. Try out it and see if you like it. These videos are usually made for you to understand a character you're always free to try around. Usually someone who needs the help would benifit more by using alhaitham with electro than with pyro. If you have a team for the other side then go for it. If I get Emilie I'll try it ngl thanks for the suggestion
