I like this game but Id lie if I said I wasnt getting tired of neverending powercreep, and its not even been a year since release. If Miyabi genuinely somehow gets powercrept right away I might have to reconsider my life choices

It's not that I don't like Anby, it's just that Evelyn & Trigger's BAKERY is unskippable for me. I'll have to cope with Harumasa...

I don't understand why mihoyo doesn't want to put back in meta such beloved characters, instead of leaving them in oblivion and taking out a sad skin to compensate for not putting a buff to put them back in meta.

About the pronounciation of Ganyu, the Chinese sounds like Gan-you-ee except the "you" is elided into the "ee" so it sounds like a single vowel. Just search 雨 pronounciation in youtube and there'll be lots of videos for the "yu" part.

evelyn is cool but i don't know if i can pass up on anby + good out of stun dps + new A rank + own disc set + new mechanic/powercreep. i hate playing S11 but i don't really need anymore electric dps rn almost want to just save until angels/anomaly unit and then grab evelyn on a rerun just out of greed. will have to see more once evelyn is released but kinda worried she will want a later unreleased character or disc set to make her feel right and could just be left behind instead idk

My Yinagi has been stuck on my miyabi team so when Im doing deadly assault and the enemy is electric weak my only options are harumasa or zhu yuan, heres the thing tho, I HATE harumasa's gameplay so I refuse to build him, and my F2P zhu yuan team is starting to feel outdated, I barely got 20K on the second boss (I am using Anby but im not a whale) So picking up S rank Anby would be nice and since Pulchra is speculated to be free that could be a decent team. for any electric weak stages, this is assuming S rank Anby is more fun and less clunky to play than midmasa

tbh i dont care about anby at all XD im waiting for trigger im assuming based on this chart that for other characters like zhu yuan and harumasa trigger is also about as good as qingyi?

It wouldn't be Zenless Zone Zero without giving an element and type, and instantly powercreeping it with the same role/element a patch or two later

I know Miyabi is insanely strong but the only agents I can really look at and think "Yeah they got power creeped" are Ellen and (kinda) Harumasa- and that guy was free and is still alright. A-ranks don't count in the equation for me. The rest of the limited banner characters still seem extremely good. I know it's verboten but really they should just stick that extra ice wave slash thing from HZ on Ellen permanently. Helps with her AOE and issues. Standard banner characters are still at worst, aggressively okay.

Its very sad you dont play WuWa because of bad impressions from 1.0 and your entire audience being gacha tribalism warriors Hoyo games more quickly then ever become worse and more predatory, while WuWa thrives more then ever I'd be very happy if you gave WuWa a second chance with 2.0 coming out, we need more theorycrafters out here

In short, Powercreep is ever worse now, and so is flexibility with this "new" mechanic. You know, when i returned in 1.4 i thought the game improved a lot, or so i've seen people say. But i see nothing apart from constant gooner bait on banners, and powercreep after powercreep. With 0 flexibility in playing how you want. Ill just go play WuWa. And i would recommend everyone do the same.

It's difficult for Ellen if you don't read, the ice weak enemy is difficult for her because it is highly tailored to Miyabi, in fact the middle one is very easy to do with her.

Nah, this "additional damage" stuff is stressing me out, new thing = bad, I'll skip both S anby and Trigger to avoid the headache of learning something new. All in for the 1.7 characters. If rumors are true, I'll pick up both Vlad and Vivianne. Vlad will allow me to put to rest Ellen for good, I can't deal with her anymore, having enemies that attack so frequently makes her playstyle uncomfortable since you gotta choose between constantly dodging or charging up her attack to actually deal damage and she feels WAY weaker than any other dps we had since launch. Vivianne might be ether anomaly so that both gives me coverage for the element and I finally get to have a Jane disorder team (I do not like Burnice as a character and I will never get her)

I hate the idea that we say a character is no longer good because she clears things slower than newer characters. It’s a bad mindset because it dissuades people from playing them, and also makes it sound like the time really matters beyond clearing in S. If she can still clear in with S, she’s still good imo.

Said it before and I’ll say it again: i think it’s cringe and unfair for certain characters to be deemed special and be given a larger power budget, whether it be a “void hunter” or the game’s mascot or whatever. Gimme more Clorindes and less Mavuikas.

Honestly if ANY character that comes out in the next year is significantly more powerful than Miyabi I will probably just quit the game. The powercreep is already starting to be too much with Miyabi absolutely dunking on earlier characters plus the difference between free and limited engines is starting to get silly.

I have zero interest in Anby 2.0, but Trigger is VERY appealing. I've always wanted a strong off-field stunner.

additional attack is just new branding of sub dps damage,just more flashy version of burnice heat like off-field damage. Or is their actual mechanical difference ? i really don't like the zzz direction going more flashy and less deep,mechanical intensive. and of course hoyo very rest riced teams,core passive and even w engine reliance continues
