Yatta13694 I know and she truly isn't this horrible woman that people make her out to be. Yes she has a tendency to be over bearing and do out of line things. However that is her way of showing she cares. To me Lorelei wants her mom's approval and Emily wants her daughter's approval no matter what.

Karlee Craziness I agree! Emily loves Lorelai sooo much. It doesn't come across that way but that's what's so beautiful about she and Lorelai and their relationship. I think they learned so much from one another.

Xuqtpie it sounds bad but i sympathize more with emily than lorelai. Were her parents so awful she had to live in a shed with her baby? I know her independence is what people love about her but it cost her daughter 15 years with her grandparents just because lorelai didnt like the way they lived. Then she gets mad because rory enjoys them. I like lorelais humor but i dont always like her as a person.

Sometimes people forget that when it comes to Gilmore Girls, it's not only about Rory and Lorelai, but also about Emily. She is a Gilmore. I think sometimes Lor can be too harsh on Emily, she has her flaws like everyone, but she stood by Lorelai when she got pregnant and defended her from Christopher's parents. She never told her to leave the house and she always wanted to have her near, she kept Rory close so she could have her daughter back too. She has to be the character with the best development in the show.

Oh my daughter life is not like mine so I going to call her names and demands things then play the victim card when I don't get my way. You are blaming Lorelai for stuff but ingoring what Emily does.

Emily had the best ending in the revival hands down!! But she also had so much growth in the series. One of the most brilliant characters. Absolutely beautiful video ❤❤
