My biggest tip for you if you're trying to embrace curly/wavy hair is...stop heat styling! Do not flat iron your hair because it will continue to disrupt the curl pattern (plus it's just going to damage your hair). A channel I recommend for curly hair info is Manes by Mell. Best of luck!

I’m in the same boat. Try a bit of Moroccan curl cream and a hair dryer diffuser, scrunch. Only wash every few days.

Hi Emily a tip for your hair (as a wavy girl ) salt sea spray use it when it's slightly damp and let it dry naturally,crunching it occasionally as it's drying completely x x love from Bunbury western Australia

I have curly hair and I live off olive oil hair gel. Scrunch it into your wet hair and it'll help hold your Curl pattern as your hair dries. If it gets crunchy once it's dry you can smooth it out with an oil or anti frizz cream

My children are 10, 11, and 13 now. I totally went through the same process of gaining my body back. It is a bitter sweet season. All the seasons can be beautiful in their own way. On the hair front... maybe try a little voluminizing mousse or a leave in conditioner.

I have very curly hair. Don't use heat make sure to get a good styling product some oil or gel with no alcohol. Don't touch too much when wet so you lessen frizz. And honestly just embrace your curls it takes time to reset after pregnancy and breastfeeding as well.
