No they don’t. The one I was in we had a training session every Tuesday night and it was never about how to sell the products it was about their dream and their story why they joined. They did give us training but my training was all about health claims so I had to message someone or write a post saying do you need something to cure your acne and then sell them this multivitamin, I was like I am no doctor this may not cure their illness. They honestly believe that their multivitamins can cure any illness/disease it’s says on the Facebook group

They are able to bring their people to the top people face to face and have access to the CEOs. I was in Itworks about 2 years ago. We had FB groups that had copy & paste messages for different situations. Our down line would give paragraphs for us to copy. We'd have meetings and spend an hour adding people & "making connections"🙄. On top of that, I couldn't understand how we were selling so many weightloss products yet many of the people in my team have looked the same for years 🤷🏾‍♀️ It does not Work

These ppl target others already struggling usually and then take advantage of their struggles. The reason I quit It Works (and that was just as the zoom era developed), was after the devotion of my life for 5 years, not missing any calls, co-hosting calls, spending money to attend EVERY Conference and training, blitzing (passing out cards at strip malls) and disgustingly buying product to "rank up" I STILL NEVER MADE SIGNIFICANT "replace your income" kind of money (and shamefully I said that I was making it....OOOOOH THE LIES!!). And on top of that, I made Diamond and LOST rank the following month because I let someone talk me into buying product to promote. Since leaving MLM life, I do now in fact OWN MY TIME. I truly didn't for those 5 years. And....when you quit, you are shunned by pretty much all of them as you were only a dollar sign (or a 400 volume box on a chart).

Before I became aware of MLMs and the anti-MLM community, I got a few of these messages and immediately found the idea of soliciting people to buy products they don’t need - especially friends and family - to be super unappealing. I’ve since deleted FB and IG over two years ago, so fortunately I don’t receive those messages anymore. But I realized that my mother used to participate in a few MLMs and that some friends are currently in them. I tried gently informing them, but they’ve already bought into their up-line’s propaganda and seem unwilling to acknowledge the evidence. It puts us in an awkward position, wanting to protect the best interests of those we care about, without coming off as critical and unsupportive. Good on you for speaking out on this issue in spite of the backlash you must receive from the deluded huns.

I worked for IT Works for a short time...for about 4 months, some years ago (I want to say around 2012?). I started seeing some shady practices and being told things that just got under my skin. They pushed recruitment over and over again. They way they encouraged you to buy, buy, buy, buy just to get to your levels up (they wanted you to see that diamond level) and put people beneath you. I wasn't getting the support I asked for. The financial aspect is just awful. As with most MLMs, they don't help you understand what you need to do in order to maintain some level of financial security, other than to tell you "If you stick with this, you'll see financial stability. You can even make enough over time so your husband doesn't have to keep working." They also talk about "detoxing", which isn't actually a real thing. They pushed those wraps HARD.

I was hit by a hun that sold arbonne. It was bad she plowed into the side of the car my then 4 year old was. I was trying to take care of him and she had thr gull to try and sell or recruit me. I was like now is not the time lady. To makes things worse she didn't have insurance and my son my an concussion and he was admitted into the hospital. These huns are horrible

Another thing they are doing against the It Works! Policy is posting anything unapproved on social media. Especially sharing anything about income, whether it's just mentioning the financials or promoting material goods they've earned during the time they've been in the MLM business. They also are not permitted to be deceptive in any form! So the Upline is completely against the TOS. Ridiculous, but not at all surprising.

An old high school friend is with It Works and she'll post her team meetings on her Facebook and they're so gross. Her husband is anti mlm but that didn't stop her posting those It Works wraps on her WEDDING DAY! And her colour theme for her wedding was the It Works colours which is green and black.

Yes! I was in it works for like a month and they are ALL copy and paste. Even down to Instagram post captions. I hated it because it was so fake and insincere!
