I have a rescue myself, and they can be quite a handful, especially in the beginning. But it's so worth it. He is gorgeous ♡ I'd love to see more of the both of you in the future ♡ I have struggled a lot with depression and anxiety in the past (and still kinda do), so I really feel your struggle. I’m all for the notion app (and using across laptop, iPad and phone) but keeping it super paired back and simple. Just tick off all the small jobs that make up the larger tasks!!

Burn out is the worst but I'm glad that you have a new pup to snuggle. Fur babies have amazing healing powers. I love Notion! I recently started using Notion projects and it's great to help prioritize tasks and projects. I love that I can make it as high, medium, and low priority. It really helps me to feel less overwhelmed to use this feature.

I love following you because you are so real and you remind me that I am a mom and I am a human and deserve breaks. I have 4 kiddos and they all have different needs and play different sports and it's so hard bc you want to do all of the things. It's so easy to forget about yourself and your mental health. Me myself personally I struggle with anxiety and depression and it's been really bad the last 2 years. I feel like my business is failing bc I cannot afford to do the things I want for it to grow. But I'm teaching myself to be more patient and just try to do the little things that will eventually make a bigger difference. Thank you for being so real ❤❤❤❤

I think people concentrate too much on making Notion look pretty. It puts pressure on that you don’t need and it’s needless busy work. If someone wants to do that then that’s fine but I think you used it perfectly. Get it out on the page so you can look at it objectively instead of juggling it all in your head and feeling overwhelmed.

Thank you for sharing. We rehomed a dog in January and I’ve been feeling guilty as I’ve found it hard to get back to work when the doggo wants cuddles, so I’m glad I’m not alone! I’m going to try out notion now after seeing how useful it is for you. X

I feel for you very much! I may actually do this brain dump here soon because things are beginning to get a smidge overwhelming. I also saw that someone said something very mean about your Patreon community and that's just ridiculous. I'm not a part of it but you're not the kind of person who would scam people. Like what? OMG Alfie is adorable ❤❤❤ I currently have 3 rescues I lost my sweet Willow in January she had my whole heart in her paws. All my dogs have all been rescues and everyone of them have been sweet and loving, on days when life’s tough and all three come running to the door to meet me after a long 12 hour night shift and they are so happy and they love you so much it makes everything just melt into the background.
