Tried that game, kind of fun for 10 minutes then you just reach a spot and have absolutely no indication of where to go, think it's called the Hazardous Waste Landfill. After that you just backtrack for 10 more minutes until you give up and refund.

You can get Bluetooth headphones intended for sleeping in, they’re like a headband, absolute lifesaver if you have a partner who can’t get to sleep with your tinnitus masking music/videos/noises on. The worst part about loud tinnitus is noises outside the house are hard to hear clearly. Can really set you on edge when you can’t tell what a noise is because you can barely pick it out over the ringing.

I've read some documents a while ago about binaural beat/isochronic tone generators having the ability to ease & for some people even cure tinitus when applied certain kind of ways, researchers discovered it has a lot to do with recalibration of the circuit between sensory input going it's way towards where we have auditory experience... I hope you'll check it out & find a way to put those methods to good use & that it might help to get you rid of this F'd up condition

My tinnitus started about 10 years ago, only affecting me nighttime when going to sleep so to mask it I would have a radio playing. The past couple of years it’s got so loud I can hear it over the sound of driving a van. It’s just a case of getting used to it always being there. I have a saying “I have tinnitus, I don’t suffer in silence” : )

I’ve noticed you two using your Moog setup a lot, and it sounds great. As someone with a lot of interest in modular synths, I’m curious about your thinking behind using Moog’s semimodular studio vs building your own modular setup? I guess I hear you talking about modules on occasion, so I assumed you could build out something if you wanted to, but I haven’t seen a dedicated modular setup on the channel. I wasn’t sure if it was as simple as you already getting everything you need from the Moog or if you’re just taking your time to figure out what’s out there before selling a kidney to afford some modules, or something else.
@emilyharpist

Hey! I actually made my own setup in this video (and still have it in my studio) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKmmpIZoq5ylqtUsi=vQFKx3cB_4cjNdaB I use it sparingly just because of the sheer amount of time it takes to build a patch, but I have some stuff planned for it for the future!! I use the semi-modular synths a lot more frequently mostly because the sounds are unrivaled and the workflow is surprisingly quick! This comment reminded me and inspired me to use them more often!

Again, Em's were better than the original ones. Diddely Bow whole track was amazing. The Unusual EAS bit (at 7:53) transported me to the first Resident Evil movie soundtrack (a unforgettable one with a strange collaboration but interesting results).

Awesome! The Star Song looks like it came out of a Hellraiser movie, but sounds MUCH prettier. Always fun to watch when you compose for games on the spot without knowing the original music. Have you considered doing something like that for movie clips?

Cool video. You should try making your own experimental impulse responses. You can use any file as a reverb basically and it'll modify the amplitude and frequency response of your wet signal. Most reverb pedals care more about taking relatively simple reverb algorithms and finding novel ways to modulate it like with bitcrushing or chorus, so there's some untapped sounds in the pedal world since there's only like two pedals that can do ir's long enough to be useful for reverb. It might be a weird video but I think it would be cool to hear your harp through an ir of spaghetti splioshing or something.

That DG4 was seriously cool and the proximity type sensor was it's own secret sauce to add that spooky vibe! I honestly liked your scores for all the clips better than the original games but the 2nd one was 100% perfect!

You killed it!! You’re such a sick instrumentalist. You literally inspired me to get back into guitar so I can become halfway decent and have fun w pedals. You’re so cool, I’ve been watching your content for the last few days. You’d be amazing at making OST’s. You make better soundtracks than the original.
