funny but this is the correct cutting technique for potatoes and carrots and other veggies. Sure you can cut away from yourself like a toddler, or you can safely stop the blade with your thumb and go fast.

They have them. Last time I tried one was probably 20 years ago. They weren't impressive then but almost everything you buy nowadays works great.

How utterly fantastic, what a wonderful mind that person has. It's one thing to be clever enough to be able to devise and build those circuits but to make them look as good as they do is entirely at a different level of creativity. Thanks for sharing these, Emily. As a musician and electronics enthusiast I loved this. They put me in mind of Roy Lichtenstein's work and he's always been one of my favourite artists.

It's pretty cool how everything in the Gameboy just keeps working even when changing the clock frequency quite extremely. Except the display that goes a bit wonky when it refreshes too slowly. Have you seen Look Mum No Computer building his Gameboy mega machine synth btw?

The world always needs more Game Boy, and that particular one is bonkers (and also partially a Switch??). The built-in sawng brings me so much joy. You know what brings me more joy? Doom chicken. Looking forward to Emily Hopkins ft. Migos "Listen to the Cat (Skkkrat)". That new Jordan Peele movie with the horse farm? Soundtrack done. Completed. Light Delay is actually such a gorgeous sounding effect and pleasingly compact, plus has good warbles. OK Housecat is one cool cat. I deem this episode OK

I love this. I did an art installation on a few circuit bent devices back in 2005. I imagine it's hard to find speak n spells and casio sk4's nowadays. I still have a yamaha analog synth in my closet. This makes me want to open it up. I especially like OK Cats use of CdS cells.

Oh my God I've been waiting for this ever since seeing you follow Ok Housecat on Instagram! I have Billy's deluxe Meowsic keyboard (originally made for Simon Magpie!) which is just more fun than should be legal! I want to mention that he is a joy to work with and keeps in touch throughout- started building it the day after I ordered and sent me photos as he was working on it. Of course he's probably gonna be a lot more busy after this video!
