I’ll miss everyone, even the classroom. I cried so much that I had a headache in after school!! I loved the last day of the school but hated it at the same time. Every day that we spent together, those memories that we made along the way are always gonna be remembered and never forgotten. Love you so much!❤️

You will always remember your students from your first year of teaching. I hope that you saved any letters or drawings that your students gave you throughout the year. Keep them in a folder and post some on a wall close to your desk at your next site. They will provide a sense of comfort to you over the years whenever there are difficult days. When I completed my first year of teaching back in 1993, I went to another site, and so I did not get to see my students and I understand how you feel. You might see them years later and it is magical how they will remember the wonderful times that they had with you. I completed my 29th year in the profession last week, and at times, I did feel like a first year teacher because of all of the academic demands and having to learn how to teach in person. Take care.
