I always watch the Christmas cartoon specials! When I was little it seemed like Frosty was always on tv on my birthday, December 18, and when Frosty wakes back up he says “happy birthday” I always loved that ❤☃️💚

My partner's cat LOVES playing fetch with hair elastics. He was always stealing mine so I bought him a mega pack from Amazon. 😂 I'm now his favorite human! I never had a cat that played fetch before, it cracks me up because he'll do it for almost as long as I keep throwing/slingshotting it across the room. 🥰🐈‍⬛

👋 Em! Just to let you know , smooth morning routines took training for my children. I gave them prompts using time. "We're leaving in 30 minutes. We're leaving in 20 minutes." It took a bit of time to get them to understand the actions they should be taking in those cues. There was some reinforcement needed. Then, one day, they got it!

I’m really enjoying the “Shop My Stash” videos, since my budget is so tight right now. I also remember describing mornings as “herding cats” and I only had one child. Picking outfits and packing up the backpack the night before helped, but I always told my daughter to be ready including shoes and socks before she could read or play or be on her phone (when she was older) in the morning. She’s 18 now and will still occasionally say as we’re both getting ready, “I’m ready with shoes and socks on!”😂

Emily, I love hearing your stories about your kids. My 2 are older now (22 and 20), and thinking about their pre-teen days makes me so nostalgic for those times, even though they were sometimes hard. I changed my kids' morning routine to include getting dressed before leaving their rooms on school days. I put one of those soft sweater hanging shelves in their closets. They were labeled Monday through Friday and I put their clothes in for each day on Sunday. They had uniforms so no arguments over clothing. They just had to have the right uniform on. Gym vs Regular. Summer vs. Winter. My kids are in their early 20s now so this was awhile ago.

I always tell them they formed a great argument, and I liked how they pointed out XYZ but then explain my side, usually saying the answer is still NO! Gives them confidence and practice using their voice!!

That highlighter is perfect with that blush. It looks natural. Like you have a natural blush to your cheeks and your perfectly smooth skin is reflecting the light. I mean you would have had a perfect no make up look if you chose to stop there. I want you to try or retry the Covergirl Outlast lip color. It’s my favorite of all time.

With Rhett growing up with two older sisters, a mom on KZbin, and a dad who is a lawyer, it's no wonder he's so social and a good conversationalist! I can just see him standing there with his little hands in his pockets, chatting with the adults. 🥰👍🥳 What a big boy he is becoming! Hang in there, Mama! I don't know how you get three kids out the door every day. I was always paranoid about having more kids than I had hands. 🤯 My son (now 32) was pretty hyper as a little boy. I think God knew I could only handle one hyper boy at a time, as he was my only child. 😂

I remember when my 2 oldest boys went on their first boys scout camping trip, and my son put something he wasn't allowed to take inside a box of cereal! Kids push our buttons their whole lives. I still have my sons who do this from time to time. Not necessarily my oldest who is 44, but the 43 and 35 year old do. My 35 year old thinks he's in charge of me and my daughter who is 33 (the one who had Ovarian Cancer this year, is very bossy to me. I try my best to realize they are protecting protecting me. Those moments when our children amaze us are so precious. My son is 36 now and has he own sons. I still remember those times and wonder..."...where the heck did that come from?.." I haven't played with the eyeshadow palette yet, but I'm loving the lip trio. I'm not normally into red being really fair, but I am loving wearing the red shade. I love the shimmer in the red. So pretty.

I find that dampening the brush with setting spray helps tremendously when using glittery/shimmery shades when you want more color payoff.

I have that burgundy mascara. I found it too dry. I usually don't experience that with that mascara in a different color. I did like the burgundy mascara from colourpop though. BTW, that eye look is so pretty.

For your kitties having issues, have you tried a pheromone plug-in diffuser? They have options for multiple cats and it's supposed to help with fighting and that type of thing. I used it when we had multiple cats and I felt like it really helped.
