The pool would be too cold for me at this time of year. We have a house in Cyprus and the pool is like a bath temperature in the summer, but then you have to contend with regular temperatures of 35/40+ in July and August which is just too hot. Cyprus is best in May/June and September/October. Looking forward to returning!

So I just stumbled upon your video, and the second I saw the clip of the front of the hotel I was like wait I know that hotel. My dad actually works for the company atlantica, he is the regional manager of the company and yes almost all of the hotels in Cyprus and not only are having problems with finding staff. The inside pool is supposed to be warm during the summer months and the outside pool does get warmer during july and august. Happy that you had a good time, I love Cyprus, its my country, and also amazing choice with going to Paphos with a family, its more family friendly than Ayia Napa, but ayia napa is really beautiful and amazing.

I visited Northern Cyprus a couple of years ago and loved it. Enjoy your vacation. Next time you should visit Antalya, Turkey, a nice vacation spot near the Mediterranean Sea with luxury hotels.

A great informative vlog thanks lovely one ! R u planning to hire a car and see the island , what s the resort like around the hotel …... we love exploring the depths of Greece when we visit . We ve done Rhodes a few years in April … agree with the pool temperatures ! Hoteliers tell us always cold at start of season unless heated pool but better at end of season . Unheated outdoor pools in Greece and Greek islands is pretty normal. From June onwards it should have really warmed up. I think in a lot of places they don’t open until May. I was in Skiathos at the beginning of May a few years ago and the pool had only just opened so it was quite chilly ( but I was glad I braved it as you did get used to it and it was lovely to get out and dry off in the sun).

I love Cyprus we are going there for the second time next month, we stay at a villa in Protaras which has a pool etc, I would highly recommend trying out staying in a villa nearer the Larnaca end if you decide to go back.

Hi Emily wanted to share something with you l was looking were you went cyprus and it felt familiar my dad actually went there a few or awhile back his infront of the pool section as he was greek so we are and he lived in Greece seeing you being there gave me a chance to see what brang my dad to being soo happy. He passed away in 2018 and l miss him soo much.. have a amazing time wish l was there.. it looks soo beautiful but my daughter would be scared of the cats being free there shes quiet sentive with them. 😘❤
