SCHOOL MORNING ROUTINE WITH THREE KIDS | EMILY NORRIS | AD

Hi Guys, today's video is an updated Morning Routine with three kids! This is everything we do on an average school day. I really hope you enjoy it and thank you so much to Haliborange for partnering with me on this video.

Government recommendation:
- Children aged 6 months to 5 years should have a daily supplement containing vitamins AC&D*.
- Parents of children aged 5+ years should consider giving 10mcg of Vitamin D in Autumn and Winter.
*Babies who have more than 500ml (about a pint) of infant formula a day don't need a vitamin D supplement as formula is already fortified.
PANCAKE RECIPE:
Blend together (I use my nutri ninja) 1 banana, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of almond butter, 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Fry like a pancake with coconut oil. TOP TIP - make the batter the night before to make it a fast but fresh breakfast :-)
