Hui being on Boys planet is so heartbreaking though it's put the whole fandom in shambles. He's produced so many bops for debuting groups like Energetic (+ many other songs for the Produce series) or Wei's Twilight, he wrote the masterpiece that is Shine in two days, he's been a judge and a mentor in various shows, a lead in a musical and NOW he's training alongside rookies... I'm still hoping they're going to announce that it was all a prank and he's actually a mentor but it's becoming less and less likely

Jinho participated in Phantom singer 4 competition first idol ever and he went to finals, where he and three other participants formed a four member group Crezl. Songs for final round were Corre (Jay&Jesse), Faith (Stevie Wonder &Ariana Grande), Higher (Michael Buble) and Kill this love (Blackpink). I must say his vocals improved.

oh my god I can't believe you're diving into Pentagon!! I'm always so happy when my fav reactors react to them because they're criminally underrated for the amount of talent they have. As a unicarat I always think that if you like seventeen then you should automatically like pentagon because they're very similar in a lot of aspects (self-produced, not following trends but have their own unique sound while still experimenting different styles, best vocalists in the industry, very strong bond). Many comments have mentioned it but Pentagu is THE channel to get to know them, and they made an amazing vocal compilation video that would make for a good intro :)

Omgshhh yayyy pentagon. Excited for this journey. Also the boyz hyunjae and Kino are best friend since the start of high school and hyunjae said that he was his only friend in high school. They are soo cute together. And I loved Jun and Yanan’s interaction in Chao Yin Zhan Ji and how they were both working on confidence.

This was fun. I'm glad to see your discovery of Pentagon and their wonderful music. And since 2020, I've realized they've really done a lot, even though their cbs have been fewer and fewer. I've been their fan since July of 2020 and in less than 3 years, it's been quite a journey. Blood, sweat and a whole lot of tears. But also so much happiness. The love they have for each other is a beautiful thing to witness. Enjoy your journey and along the way, you'll find out that actually every member will be your bias. You can't help but love every single one of them.

yes, shine was released in early april 2018 but only went viral at the end of april.. it charted back on korean music chart on their last week of promotion in may (they even added a week promotion bcs it went viral), that's why it didn't win any awards on music show..

i wouldn't even know what album to recommend because they're ALL fire but the most pentagon-like eps to me would be we:th or their last one in:vite u (my favorite)!!! all of their projects are worth a listen though it's so fun hearing how their sound has evolved through time :)

WOW WOW WOW All of their vocals are very beautiful and amazing but I think they are really underrated because in the videos I watched of the best kpop singers Hui and Jinho weren't even mentioned. For me they also have the potential to be a group that after I'll stan all the members also for their personalities I will be able to listen and appreciate all their songs. Btw a content about 98 line that you may like and enjoy watching is MMTG/Spread the culture the episode with Seungkwan,Umji,Sinb and Moon Bin they are so funny.

Hey Emily since you're reacting to new groups as many of the ongoing variety show of groups reaction is coming to end I'd still shoot my shot stating react to BTS guide or their solos or even just a single video of Proof Live

I thought about reacting to a guide but honestly learning more about their personalities won't change me not really vibing with their music because at the end of the day I'm here for the music not for their personalities if that makes sense. But I am still interested in hearing their individual work, especially RM's!

Honestly I myself am a RM bias knowing you're interested in his solos makes me happy..Apart from BTS commercial heavy songs if you look at lyrically heavy and musically sound songs it's 99% possibility that RM wrote those(most of BTS discography)..He's a lyrical genius with 2nd highest songwriting credits by idol(210 credits) It's rare to have a philosophical writer in a rapper also others solos are also good.. Hope to see you check them out P.S: RM participated in TXT's 0x1=lovesong..Bang PD asked RM to help writing when Bang was having creative roadblock and couldn't proceed. And RM wrote and insisted on making it their title track what an amazing song😍
