They are the little brothers of BTOB so they are also crazy and had amazing vocals as you did see on the guide you watched. They have funny songs, songs dissing each other(funny AF), rock, ballads, R&B. And they lyrics are beautiful. People just know the bright side of them, but having a Pentagon playlist in your fone is a roller coaster of emotions hahahahah

What you may be referring to at the end is the folktale of the "tree frog" who actually inspired their song called "Naughty boy" :) It basically tells the story of a mischievous frog who never does as told and it's a commonly used expression to call disobedient children in Korea. The song has so many plays on words and on the concept and it's actually my favorite Ptg title track! I love that they always go 100% no matter what they do

I think i decided to stuck to Jinho as my bias after having a hard time figuring who did hit that high note under the rainbow in Shine. 😅 Then I had a hard time believing his is the eldest. 😂 But his covers on magazine Ho channel sealed the deal.

Hey! You should do Can You Feel It, Pretty Pretty, Like This, Violet, Shalala and Do or Not too :D Argh, that 2020 guide is so superficial - especially when it comes to certain members. If you have the time and the interest, I recommend the members' individual guides from pentagu. They're from 2021 and much more in-depth when it comes to pretty much everything. It also has more relevant and more recent snippets and info.

This was the first time I've watched one of your reaction videos. I am a Universe and absolutely love Pentagon. They are the group that fully brought me into this Kpop world and Hui's voice brought me to Pentagon. I loved watching your reactions, especially for Shine, because that was me when I found them. Shine was the first song shown to me and every time Hui sang, I kept asking WHO IS THAT?!?! Then Wooseok's voice blew me away too!! I love his part also!! So I looked them up, trying to find who was singing 'that' part (who's that guy with the grey hair?!?!) and discovered it was Hui. I was also trying to find the guy that I thought was really good looking and found out it was Yuto. I loved the Yutoda part! From there, it was a deep dive into Pentagon and I haven't stopped. I'm happy to see your reactions to certain parts, just like I had. They have such a range of styles of music and are never boring. Their compositions of music are always good too, not weird. Their voices are so amazing and beautiful. And their visuals? Wow!! Okay, sorry for writing a book. Thank you again for your reactions!!! I will watch the other videos you have up also!!

i've explained how shine didn't win despite the song went viral on your reaction to guide video, but i'll share it again here.. so, Shine was released in early April 2018. The song was slowly but sure listened and parodied by other artist/idol groups until it suddenly went viral among the public at the end of April and recharted in May, which was their last week of promotion (which they ends up adding a week promotion bcs it went viral).. so it was already too late to chart on music shows since there's other popular groups coming back.. that's why it couldn't win no.1 on music shows

I had to giggle when you mentioned the chainsmoker sound because that was really that era. Pentagon released 'Runaway' and also 'Like This' (I recommend checking this one out cause it's one of their best) which this distinctive but very popular sound that time similarly to lets say 'I don't wanna cry' from Seventeen. Though I think those EDM elements are really Hui's forte when making songs. As you said they are so diverse but there is really something about Hui's composition in that era that sticks out even when its following a certain music trend. I also relate to the 'discovering your fave' story cause Hui got me good in Shine and Triple, but then I ended up being a Shinwon biased, which a forever soft heart for Hui.

I view pentagon, seventeen, astro & the boyz as the more theatrical groups in kpop. Their choreo always feels more unique & musical theater-esque to me so I love it! I'd highly recommend checking out astro when you get the chance! Sadly one of the members just decided to leave (he didn't resign with the company) but they're a fantastic group

Please please If you choose an álbum I recommend you invite u (feelin like tittle track) it's their most recent and it's one of their best, easy my top 3 álbums from pentagon. The bsides are amazing, and almost every song was produced by the members (not feelin like, they write the lyrics for that one) I love every single bside in that álbum. Specially the game, oneshot and call my name, such good songs

Before this video I had saved only Shine among the pentagon songs. And yes Shine is the definition of joyful and fun song, the beginning with the piano is legendary and the choreography with simple and fun dance moves perfectly fits the mood of the song. Humph is now added to the playlist but I think I had already listened to it but because of Shine I hadn't given it the right attention at the time. Instead the others are good songs but are not my cup of tea. Thanks to this video I'm now curious to discover the members of the group and so I will going to recover your video reaction to their guide.

If you are into Happy go lucky songs, you should check on their Happiness and do or not. Happiness has been my fave since 2019. This is their Japanese release but they did Korean version as b side.

I love everything about "Do or not" from the begin to the end (You get me easy with the whistle) I want a comeback as soon as possible and I hope they won't disband. P.S. When I know your bias is kino and yuto you can watch maknae line unit, they make rap song call Cerberus, you should check that they're going crazy with that rap song, and than please react do or not (pop rock) the concept so interesting like prom musical then basquiat, spring snow and if you want to know about them more you can watch their variety like mafia dingo, pentagon human theatre, weekly idol pentagon is effortless funny group you will like it.
