Alot of people take tabs. It started that way for me, but i did graduate to oxys to dope to shootin dope now methadone 10 years. I got up to 140 mg now i am down to 60 working my way out. But benzos and opiates with the Ambien i am sure he was pretty messed up most of the time. Probably didn't need to do oxys or heroin.

totally understand the vallium addiction,, i been using drugs for 33 years and now 45 and been high since 12 and now i am on Diamorphine Hydrochloride and take a few vallium at night with 30mg of Mirtazapine and sometimes a few amitriptaline and sometimes a bag of heroin,,, i gotta sort things out and it's hard as doctors always use harder drugs to treat one problem and after seeing the doctor you now got two addictions,, the drugs and the medication as few heroin addicts stop using heroin on top of their script as they offer me Methadone but refuse to take it as i spent 14 years on it whilst using heroin and now they give you methadone in prison so addicts don't care about getting caught anymore as the Prison keeps them doped up,,, so it is hard to get off the roundabout once on it but you gotta take a new direction at some point and one that isnt a dead end street or one that leads back to the roundabout,, finding that road and taking the journey means pulling over and getting out the car and walk it,,,, its hard when you look at it without also understanding the truth,, once you know the truth is then comes down to making a conscious choice and change of scenery and dropping all the addict friends and i got that far,, now it is time to make the final moves to go detox and rehab as i too walked out of rehab 10 years ago after only 5 days there,,, i was not in the mindset to achieve the goal so now i moved the goalposts and finding my way back to normality,,, whatever that is,, fucking messed up world and alcohol is cheaper and legal,, the worst drug of them all,,,

Thank you for your kind words and i am a strong believer in synchronicity and also found living in the truth and engaging with your inner intuition can bring your desires to this reality,, i appreciate your words more as the ones who know me that have been at this point have also given me encouragement and it is strange as you are the 7th person within this month to reach out and just tell me what i needed to hear to have confirmation that i am on the right path,,, it has been tough while under the illusion or delusion that drugs bring and it is our choices that got us here,, so you also have to make the conscious choice to opt out,, i know stopping drugs is the easy part,, it is maintaining that and not relapsing and i hear it from someone i k now every couple of months they say that is it i am done with drugs then 4 days later they are like i am clean and drug free and feel great,, then a week later they are moaning about money and then end up using drugs and back on the roundabout and then hear them a few weeks later claim they are clean ect,, i remember being at that stage 17 years ago and i call it the 3 day habit,, the user stops and maintains it for 3 days then lapses then after 2 days on the gear they stop for 3 days then back to square 1,, i had some rough cold turkeys and some where you are not that bad and thinking when is the worst coming and it don't and you get better but after or within 2 weeks you end up using as you have a bad day or feel drained from life,, that cycle like i say was many years ago,, now i see the pain and misery of being an addict is harder to maintain and this is why i believe this is my time as i can see the truth and know the pain but also have the right support as i have learnt from many withdrawals what works and what does not work and the first thing you have to get right is to overcome the illusion we make ourselves believe and that is to stop believing in yourself and your willpower as drugs make us feel different and numb out the pain of life but the pain of addiction is worse and swear after this i can conquer anything as giving up Heroin or a Diamorphine prescription for life is a big choice to make as most just keep taking the medication and think they are clean as they are not using illegal drugs but clean means every drug and total sobriety
