It is. During SO sessions Fred, Lethal & Em went to a separate studio to do some songs. They did this and Turn me loose. Fred talked about the sessions on a Pauly Shore episode within the last few years. I think Pauly was even there during the sessions.

Theres an old article around that is from a journalist that followed fred durst during the day this song was recorded. Fred was indeed at the studio with eminem during the recording of this song. Fred was supposed to hang with Paulie Shore at the Playboy mansion and got a call from eminem and bailed on Paulie to meet eminem and record this song. It even mentions in detail that Fred and Eminem went together to the record store to buy the original record to sample it. Fred laid down the chorus and left and eminem stayed behind to lay down the verse's.
