Well, this explains why so many people have broken spirits. A lot of the damage came way before the drugs. It is sad what negativity can teach or even punch a hole in your life. Some things are hard to face and they become trapped energy/emotions. Emotions can either make you or break you. Yeah I've been clean off of Fentanyl and H for about 10 years with alcohol more beer I don't drink alcohol anymore cuz I black out and act like a dick. But with beer I never say I quit because if I do drink I don't want to beat myself up about it but the last time I drank I think was last year at some point it's almost been a full year but I learned how to control it. It's very weird how I did it but I think I drank because I hated myself I had no self worth once I found it and that took a lot of work but everything seemed to fall off then I was sober for a year I went to a bar drink a beer left my brain was like at 12:00 get a 12-pack I was like nope then it stopped and I realize shit I can control this so since then I've just when I want to drink I'll have a few beers if I don't I won't I never ever thought that I could ever do this I'm very glad and fortunate that I can
