Ok this is the first time I got to see a Bart Baker parody of my favorite artist ever, Eminem. I'm not butthurt by this, and I could actually tell Bart Baker respects Eminem. I didn't notice anything poking fun of Em's skills on the mic. If anything, this felt more like an implementation of humorous irony and conceptual situations. I was feeling it more on a creative level, than on a parody level. I thought the impersonation of Em's voice and demeanor was pretty good too.

Davis Moniz It's cool man. It's good to be different, and to be your own person. I don't think either of us are wrong or right. It's just personal opinions we have that can be equally valid. I'm a rap/hip hop artist myself, and Eminem is a big influence of mine. I get compared to him quite a bit, but I know I'll never be an Eminem. In my opinion, no rapper white or black, will ever be an Eminem. Plenty would disagree, and plenty would agree. I respect Eminem as a person and as an artist. He stuck to his dreams regardless of all of the adversity, suppression, abuse, and everything thrown in his path. He persevered through it all, and became a huge success. I can't help but to respect the man for that. His rapping skills are phenomenal, and I think he's an amazing artist. I don't respect a lot of rap either to be perfectly honest. I think a lot of it is pointless crap with no substance whatsoever. It doesn't feel like art to me, but once in a while someone surprises me. So I get why you don't respect rap at all.

Never said Em doesn't make fun of people I just said when he does it's actually funny. Also going back to pick on something an artist himself has addressed admitted as a mistake and moved on from can be funny if they still do it, Em stopped abusing prescription pills before the release of Recovery the parody would have you believe other wise. It's totally cool they say young Em was a wigger it was true and funny, or saying that Em will continue to rap until he's doing kids birthday parties was funny because the guys rap career is among the longest of popular rappers. But if you have to reach back 3 years to make fun of something how is that funny? Idk I guess comedy is kinda subjective but, I just don't see how reaching that far back for something that doesn't happen anymore is funny.
