For reference, King Mathers Era was late 2006, until April or May of 2008. June of that year is when Eminem was taken to the Orlando studio with Dr. Dre for the first recording sessions of Relapse. Sessions for Relapse thus went from June of 2008, to probably very early 2009 (January 2009 at latest). And the only reason Relapse was pushed all the way to May 15, 2009? Eminem was trynna become Slim to match being Shady again. I am dead serious ._.
