Man, this song has a super beautiful and great music video, why not react to the original one, it is way more emotional. Easy E, Tupac, NWA, his fair weather friends, his son, his marriage and then his car accident. He was giving up and no one was there for him except Eminem. Dre was f*cking up but Em stayed like a true friend does. It's so very deep and you really need to watch the official video to get the full context. It's pretty intense

I love this song! Em's emotion is so raw here, you can tell he truly loves Dre and it is returned. Everyone needs a friendship like this. Like you said, don't forget about Dre. He is arguably the most influential person in hip hop. He was instrumental in NWA, which changed the entire rap scene, bringing gangster rap to prominence. This song is so powerful. the video is really amazing as well, you should check it out. Dre was in a very dark place after losing his son and was talking about walking away from Aftermath for good, and Em talked him out of it. I think this is Dre's hardest verse hands down (even if he didn't write it), and he's talking about people like Xzibit and Ice Cube that were really close with them, and then disappeared once they found their own fame. Literally everyone on Aftermath told Dre he was making a mistake by signing eminem, and Dre ignored them and did it anyway. Best decision of his life in my opinion.
