Like it or not the United States is the world's police. Do you remember last time Trump was president and he wanted to close some military bases to save us some money. I recall he suggested to close some of the bases in Germany. The entire world threw an absolute fit. We went from everybody complaining about the way the US handled Afghanistan. The US gets all the blame when it was Russia that started it. The world said that it would help the US in Afghanistan and they didn't. They'll say they did but their help was woefully inadequate. We spend $500,000,000 every year defending South Korea and Japan. No other country will even pay for their fair share of costs for NATO. It's disgusting and the world should be ashamed of itself. It really is too bad that Mitt Romney didn't win over Barrack. He knew that Russia was a threat and Barrack sat on the television and laughed at him. The really stinky thing is that a world war would be good for the US if it weren't for the fact that the losers would use nuclear weapons. I'll go so far as to say that it's too bad Truman didn't use a few more of those when the opportunity had presented itself. I think some people in other countries need to have the money that their government will spend on their healthcare to be used to buy bombs instead. They all need to quit taking 18 weeks of vacation every year and start chipping in some more for the bills around here.

Here in Poland we all knew that WW3 is ineviatable. We knew it since 2008 when Russia invaded Georgia. We knew that Ukraine will be next, we were saying it all the time to anyone who will listen, but no one took us seriously, the west thought that we are exagerating, we were laabeled as conspiracy theorists. No one listened to us. In 2014 when Russia invaded Ukraine and took Crimea we knew we were right, we prediicted that it wont end with just Crimea. Again the west thought that its just local conflict and the west still continued doing business with Russia giving Putin all the money he needed for the war. Then came the issues with Nordstream 2 and bypassing almost all Baltic countries, it was good busiiness deal to both Russia and Germany and west again said ts no big deal, its just gas. Germany, again like in thirties last century entered in very close relations with Russia. UK, Germany and almost all western europe started defunding their military. For us here in Poland it was obvious that again we will be left alone and faciing overwhelming force from the east so we slowly started arming ourselves. Then the february 2022 happened, and west still debated if they should put sanctions on Russia. For us it was the last straw, we knew for sure that we wiill be left alone so we went into overdrive with our military and we became the most spending nato member by percentage of our GDP. We doubled our armed forces, we bought as many weapons as we could, now our artillery forces are twice the size of the USA artilery, we became strongest military in the whole Europe because we refuse to be invaded again and we know that even if Nato will respect article 5 and will try to help it will still take at least a year for them to do that, you just talking to much and not doing enough and not fast enough. Now North Korea is sending troops to Ukraine to help Russia. North Korea, a country with atomic weapons and unhinged leader that wont be stopped even by Putin. We aknowledged that Nato is too soft, too undecided, and really not taking matters seriously. Because of that we entered into very close relations with South Korea and Japan, those countries understand and realize how big threat it is to let Russia China and North Korea form an alliance. Its 1939 all over again, just like in 1920 we warned the world about the danger from bolshevik Russiia, just like since 1933 we warned about Germany and now, just like back then no one listens to us. USA will pretend to be neutral just like back then, living in their bubble untill next Pearl Harbor happens but this time it wont be just few carriers with few planes bombing your fleet. This time it will be radioactive surprise, so lowkey, so lowtech that no shield will protect you from iit because it will be financed by Russia, (by German money from Nordstream during last decade) and it will be delivered by North Korea. And just like back in 1939 after first strke Russia will turn their back on its alies aand will try to enter alliiiance with west against China and North Korea, and just like back then west will fall for it. China is well aware of this, thats why they are reluctant to enter full partnership with Russia looking to be accepted by west but the west iis constantly antagoniziing China. We here In Poland refuse to believe that world is so stupid and do not see whats coming, we think that everyone, just like in 1939 has their own secret agenda but this time we wont be murdered so easy. Latest polls here show that over 70% of our nation believes that ww3 is ineviitable and 50% believes that it will happen in next 5-15 years. Thiis time we are ready and we will try to kill as many invaders as we can, no matter from which direction they will come. I personally just hope that after next 100 years world will take our warnings seriously. All this mess could be avoided if the world would listened to us in 2008 when we predicted exactly what will happen.

The people here being impoverished is largely due their own decisions, until they fix their decision making process helping them will be a waste. Your stance on the us getting involved like it does shows you do not fully understand the nature of the situation and that does not surprise me, i only relatively recently learned why myself and it is not taught in schools which it should be. The reason why the us gets involved is because that us the role we agreed to at the conclusion of ww2 and it enables everyone to have the type of world setup we have now. People like putin depend on intimidating everyone to get what they want. The ukraine situation is the opening act of a larger plan, what happens now sets the stage for the next part and what is done now determines if it is stopped in this act or if the next set ends up with larger consequences. There are many plays in progress, each in various stages of completion, and none of us signed up to be actors in any of them but here we are, best to deal with it and move on or else we pay a heavier price.

Everything is going to plan… I personally think this was the democrats endgame if they lost. Get ww3 started, avoid the transfer of power, hand the presidency to kamala. (In my opinion) Russia is using troops and weapons from other countries. They have zero leg to stand on, when complaining about Ukraine using them. I spent 10 years in the military, and I can say that wars need to stop where they aren’t necessary. I don’t care about Russia. I don’t care about Ukraine. I don’t care about Taiwan. I don’t care about Palestine. They aren’t nato countries, we have zero obligation to go to their defense.
