@PeanutNoir6969

The reason why is voice sounds so muffled during the beginning, and middle is because it's showing how his voice wasn't full enough yet. Like, he had no confidence, was in the dumps, couldn't speak for himself, was confused, and all that. But, in the end you could clearly hear his voice because that's showing his peak of success and confidence.

Honestly I think this is Eminems most underrated song, the rhyme scheme is insane, and the fact you can picture everything he says like a movie while maintaining that same rhyme scheme throughout is just a testament to how much of genius he is with a pen. Seriously underrated song.

How could anyone underrate Marshall!? The shit he went through his whole life? The way he doesn't care about the fame but he does it for the honor and to help people through this stuff too!? I can't believe any of his songs could be hated! I have been listening to him for let's just say a very long time and I can actually understand a majority of his music on a more personal level but I would never hate this man. Marshall is a fucking god amongst us mere mortals! All shall know his name and praise him for his gifts!!

Imagine any other rapper, trying to stay on the same exact rhyme scheme through 3 verses and intertwine an entire story through-out the whole song. Only Eminem could write a rap like this.....the same f-in rhyme scheme through 3 verses.

Biggie was the closest, but he never had as meaningful as a message when doing a rhyme scheme through 3 verses. Also this was very poetic in that each verse shows a progression from doubting himself and being in the wrong for getting bullied to realizing he was different and that was a good thing. Honestly no other rapper has done it like this.

EminEm has gone through stuff that i guess no one else has gone through. He writes through his own life experience and he has become such a great iconic figure and lol other rappers dunt do anything else but just boast their vocals as I feel. If you can feel the beauty of his song you would know how great it is. Ye he is the best rapper. Haters gonna hate lol. Go with JB kids.

If i had to make a greatest hits collection, this would for sure be on it. It's like going back through time to my childhood, and even now when around people. It mimics symptoms of Aspergers or midl Autism, or hell even severe Social Anxiety. or it could mean that he felt like a alien growing up in the blackest, most dangerous city in America well being whiter then Nick Cannon and putting together versus that would make a Thesaurus throw in the towel. He used it to become a Icon in this cruel world, while other kis are getting homeschooled now, or saving money on range time and just bringing the AR to class. I'm not too far away from where he jumped off the porch and he has to be one tough Mfer to have made it through that without ending up in prison or in a coffin everyone done forgot about a month after it was lowered. Em is better then pac, biggie, nas, Jay and even kid Rock. Goat and whoever has the horns to take that title, I cant wait to be here to witness it.

We need to give Eminem his flowers. This guy has been at it since the 90s and he is still very active in today's Era with his music. And I like the fact that you never hear of him for some stupid celebraty stuff. The guy is all about the love of rap. He collaborated with everyone from every generation. He produced a Tupac tribute album. He always makes sure that he shouts out his influences every chance he gets and older Em has been very active about the injustice of African American. He even received a thank you letter from Rodney king's daughter for one of his song about police brutality. He grew up without a father and with an alcoholic mother. He got beat up through elementary school. He forced his way into rap music in a totally black industry especially back then when no white rappers was taken seriously for a career in rap. He pushed the limits of freedom of speech in America and became an example for millions of addicts by recovering from having his best friend shot dead and dropping into addiction until he had a near death experience. You can love his music or hate his music he is a legend and . I feel like the day He dies. Millions of fakes will start speaking about how legendary he was to music

How can this man not be the Greatest Of All Time? He has 3 personalitys, much love to you marshal mathers, slim shady, Eminem you got me through high school n my life in general whenever i feel down i always find something in your raps that uplift me if its anger to go workout with humility to humble myself with or love to uplift my downtroddened spirit. i always thought to myself, if i could go back in time, i wouldve helped eminem out with his bullies and stuff, and be there for him as a real friend, but then i realized that he wouldn't be eminem as we know it, he struggled in life and that's what made him work harder, he's a real inspiration for alot of people, he was the first non black person who upraised the standard of lyrical rap, he is a example that no matter what your skin color is, that it's not important in rap, all that counts is your bars and skill.

When I was young people in my world laughed cuz Im a navajo that bought stole or just somehow aquired this white guys CD's. In one of the pics I saw he looked exactly like my older brother. My brother was an OG. Most of all my brothers/cousins were and still are gangmenbers. But my actual from the same mother brother. I wanted to be like my older bro like all lil Bros do. Than emeinem goes viral globally & everything fit with the way my life was going currently at the time. No pops, rage against my mother who was a heavy alcoholic and my foster parents weren't really cliccing with me, alot of fights cuz I was a navajo orphan in a pueblo community plus history screwed that up more won some fights than I never got bullied again But Eminem's music was the shit aside from N.W.A. Dre & snoop, PAC. Easily you can hear and feel the lyrics and sense the lyrical genius at work plus knowledge of tough up bringing & experiencing alot of struggle than putting it on blast with a dope beat. Fuccin dope. Now those ones that laughed and teased all guaranteed have him as one of there favorites. Eminem fuccin shook the globe and knew how to do it by fueling all the shit he endored. So to those muthafuccers that bullied Marshall Mathers. Thanks bitches haha.

Kunnos vK If Tupac and Biggie didn't die they would have fizzled away like every rapper. The reason them and old Em were so good was because of the pain. Tupac was amazing, no doubt, but his greatness is mainly in the fact that he died young and we never saw him age and progressively get happier with his life and his music take a hit. That's like saying James Dean was the greatest actor because he did so well before he died at 24

What kind of twisted experiment am I involved in Because I don't belong in this world That's why I'm scoffing at authority, defying often Flying off at the handle with my mom, no dad So I'm non complying at home, at school I'm just shy and awkward And no I don't need no goddamn psychologist Trynna diagnose why I have all these underlying problems Thinking he can try and solve them I'm outside chalking up drawings on the sidewalk And in the front drive talking to myself Either that or inside hiding often to going somewhere quiet Trying not to be noticed because I'm crying and sobbing I had a bad day at school so I ain't talking Some c***sucker shoved me into a f***ing locker And he said that I eyeballed him And if you fall, I'll get you there I'll be your savior from All the wars that are fought Inside your world Please have faith in my words 'Cause this is my legacy, legacy, here This is my legacy, legacy, here There's no guarantee, it's not up to me, you can only see This is my legacy, legacy Legacy, legacy I used to be the type of kid that would always think the sky is falling Why am I so differently wired in my nogging? 'Cause sporadic as my thoughts come, it's mind boggling 'Cause I obsess on everything and my mind is small s*** Bothers me but now my father, he said sayonara and then split But I don't give a s*** I'm fine as long as There's batteries in my Walkman nothing is the matter with me S*** look at the bright side at least I ain't walking I bike ride through the neighborhood of my apartment Complex on a ten speed which I've acquired parts that I Found in the garbage, a frame and put tires on it Headphones on, straight ahead and kids tryin to start s*** But if this is all there is for me life offers Why bother even try and put up a fight, it's nonsense But I think a light bulb just lit up in my conscience What about those rhymes I've been jottin' They are kinda giving me confidence Instead of tryina escape through my comics, Why don't I just blast a little something like Onyx To put me in the mood to wanna fight and write songs that Say what I wanna say to the kid that said that I eyeballed him Grab hold of my balls like that's right fight's on b**** Who would've knew from the moment I turned the mic on I could be iconic, and my conquest is Is word to Phife Dawg from a Tribe Called Quest This is my legacy, legacy, here This is my legacy, legacy, here There's no guarantee, it's not up to me, you can only see This is my legacy, legacy Legacy, legacy I used to be the type of kid that would always think the sky is falling Now I think the fact that I'm differently wired's awesome 'Cause if I wasn't I wouldn't be able to work Words like this and connect lines like crosswords And use my enemy's words as strength To try and draw from, and get inspired off em 'Cause all my life I was told and taught I am not s*** By you wack f***ing giant sacks of lying dog s*** Now you shut up b****, I am talking Thought I was full of horses*** and now You f***ing worship the ground in which I am walking Me against the world so what? I'm Brian Dawkins Versus the whole 0 and 16 Lions offense So bring on the Giants Falcons and Miami Dolphins It's the body bag game b**** I'm supplying coffins 'Cause you dicks, butt kiss, a bunch of Brian Baldingers You gon die a ball licker I've been diabolical With this dialogue since 99 Rawkus You don't respect the legacy I leave behind y'all can Suck a dick, the day you beat me pigs'll fly out my a** And a flying saucer full of Italian sausage The most high exalting and I ain't halting Till I die of exhaustion inhale my exhaust fumes The best part about me is I am not you I am me, I'm a fire marshall and this is my Legacy, legacy, here This is my legacy, legacy, here There's no guarantee, it's not up to me, you can only see This is my legacy, legacy Legacy, legacy

His lyrics are so honest. That's what makes him the best. He's not afraid to show who he is, he is real.

Undoubtedly one Eminem's most powerful and emotional songs. The lyrics are so _easy_ to relate to and flow perfectly.
