I left early and went thru more hell for another week. Then I found suboxone. What a beautiful cure to all my fuckin problems. Hahahahah . Yeah fucking right . False security . I listened to this song on repeat during one of the hardest years in my life. I became homeless for four months, got an apartment then immediately got into a massive car accident, I had to take the bus 6 hours a day to get to and back from both of my jobs, my cat passed away, one of my friends committed suicide, then my mom got diagnosed with lung cancer and passed 6 weeks later, I got dumped and a bunch our “friends” turned their backs on me. I was consumed by grief, fear, and loneliness. I was in more pain then I thought was possible to survive. Today I’m in a whole new life… a beautiful life. Listening to this song brings me back though because wounds heal but we do keep the scars. I wish I could go back and tell myself that we made it out of hell and that I’m so proud of her. If you are in hell, just keep going, you will make it through.
