This song was done in 2022, and it was orginally babytron ft. big sean. Cole bennett had idea that he wanted to get 3 generation of Detroit rappers on the track so he sent the track to EM. EM loved it so much he said he was putting it on his album. This has all been confirmed as Cole released the video of him talking about it and calling tron to let him know he'll be on EM album.

There is a clip of a guy explaining that Jay-Z was never the hottest or best selling rapper during his entire career. You had Biggie, Tupac, DMX, Eminem, Nelly, 50 Cent, Ludacris, T.I, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne. Yet we're pretending like Jay-Z lyrically, discography wise or performance wise is even better than a Jadakiss or Ice Cube who truly defined an era. Ice Cube with NWA and Jadakiss ghostwriting for Puff Daddy's biggest hits. The only reasons Jay-Z is so praised nowadays is that he became a billionaire which was coined as "black excellence", got with Beyonce right around after his beef with Nas that kept him relevant for a bit after the biggest L in his career, and all the Grammys he kept winning solely because they wanted to make sure Beyonce was at the Grammy Awards every year

Early 2000's Eminem wins by every single metric. The popularity, the insurmountable gap in record sales, the rapping, the battle experience. Eminem beefs ended careers and studios and ended up getting deadly because the opposition knew they couldn't beat Shady's side on the mic. Jay Z is famous for losing a battle horrendously and never was the hottest rapper out.

Just my opinion, Em has some of the lowest lows and highest highs in terms of his albums. I respect that he has evolved over time and hasn’t maintained the same style even if musically a lot of people prefer his older music. As far as top 5 he will always be in that conversation and who is placed where is subjective of course. I think Eminem technically is a better rapper than Jay Z by far but him and Wayne is a far closer race. But I think Eminem has a lot more range in terms of subject matter that Wayne doesn’t touch. Wayne usually stays in the lane of braggadocio, guns, sex, money, and drugs. I think sonically Wayne tends to sound smoother and flows more effortlessly with a more listenable aesthetic whereas Eminem is more concerned with technical rhyming, word bending and speedy flows. It’s all subjective though ultimately.

Just gonna say Em been doing it longer then anyone in game. He’s been putting out music for 4 decades. Name me one other rapper that has done that. I’ve been in this game since the beginning. Seen many come and go. Some last a year or two some last a decade but none have done it consistently as Em. Lyrically no one better. Best word smith in the game. If y’all looking for a new artist check out Ren. Another lyrical genius and gives respect to those that came before him. I like Kendrick and Wayne but the diddlers crew can all go to jail and yes Jay-Z very much apart of that.
