so what does everyone else think about the beef between Eminem and MGK? I am a Shady fan from the beginning so 20ish years now, i am ride or die on all levels except I'm not really into the new eminem tunes. He's super crazy hotter than ever even hotter but as far as his personal music goes,not very impressed,so Ive been looking for new shit. a week or so ago I finally heard this mix and have been all up on the MGK jams,looking for shit left and right and I am lovin his shit like crazy...then my brother in law tells me Eminem and MGK have a beef between them...idk what to say? I like listening to MGK as a newer artist but I wouldn't buy his CDs. Shady shines as a producer and his career,life and more are just beyond so my props to to Shady for obvious reasons but I have respect for MGK having the balls to call out Eminem. I also been digging MGK tunes a lot lately but it kinda started with this mash up mix.I'm not choosing side's as far as what tunes I find and enjoy but was curious about other people's opinions

It's such a hard pick because Eminem is my Favourite rapper and Mgk is my 2nd favourite! So them going back and forth is stressful but also exciting since it's been a long time 2 good lyricists have battled like this! I am not gonna pick sides in this beef simply because I'm taking it as a fun battle between both of them! I got love for both of them..they inspire me so much! I thought it was kinda ballsy of MGK to start this beef or whatever but he's walking into a fight he'll never ever win. The quality is lower than a chavs trousers... unless everything has the distortion FX on but why would anyone do that ? If this was an accident, open the project, decrease master DB, and every track, use an adaptive limiter ( press detect true peak detection) and use a compressor, and turn on the limiter. This should sort out the distortion, you do not want the DB in the red zone. If this comes out with low volume, bounce the track into a WAV file, open a new project and use the limiter and compressor again and make sure your master db and track db is -0.4. This should sort you out. I'd also recommend side chaining the bass to the kick, just to make it punchy-er and aggressive. Other than that i liked the piece.
