1:32 For those who don't know... "I think I fucked my head up listening to Acid Rap" refers to Detroit Rapper ESHAM who labeled his music ACID RAP in the late 80s. Chance the Rapper gets no cred on that. 1:47 The line "Fuck ICP buy my CD" refers to a time Eminem showed up to an ICP autograph signing and handed Violent J a flyer for his EP release party. On it listed the guests and it stated "ICP - MAYBE". When Violent J asked why they are on it when they were never asked in the first place Eminem responded with "Well I'm asking you now." Violent J supposedly crumbled it up and told him to get lost. Eminem was an ICP fan at this point until incident hence the comeback with that line which started the feud between the two. Just a little history for those interested.

This is one of the first song that Dr. Dre produced for Eminem and the beat is probably a leftover beat for Dr. Dre's debut album as a solo artist The Chronic and the track was supposed to feature on Eminem's debut album under Dr. Dre's record label Aftermath Entertainment. Very similiar to the unreleased track Demon Inside the both were released in 2007. Produced by Dr. Dre.

"Dressed in jean shorts, hi-tops, and tubesox. Holding a rifle, with a life full of drama, like Tupac's." The most lyrical rapper ever referencing the most influential rapper ever. Man, I really wish Pac could've met Shady (Em). I seriously wonder what he (Pac) would've thought about him (Em). Even though, Pac didn't like Dre very much (at the end of his life, anyway), I still think Pac would've seen all that talent. You couldn't ignore how dope Em really is, even if you tried to.

@HeelBJC9 жыл бұрын
Vincent Williams And nope to you. I specifically said this is the first SONG Dre produced, meaning not the first beat. This was released in 1998, a year before My Name Is.
@vincentwilliams26479 жыл бұрын
TheMichiganfan97 But that's not what that means. He produced My Name Is for him first. You didn't say anything about release dates, and what source do you even have for that info?
@vincentwilliams26479 жыл бұрын
Ben Johnson First, you're a loser. Second, he did like 4 songs in that first studio session but I honestly don't think you know what a studio session even is. Third, his most recent interview in April of 2015 says the first song he made with Eminem was My Name is, regardless of what was released first. Go back and do your homework for your 9th algebra class
@HeelBJC9 жыл бұрын
Vincent Williams Yeah I'll trust an interview from 1998 more than one 17 years after the session. It's likely that he was talking about the first song that they did that actually made it on an album, as if you are too blind to read (wouldn't surprise me) this song was unreleased.

[Intro] Yo yo yo yo yo (this is) This is my motherfucking anthem (hip hop) To hip hop music (anthem) Cause I'mma keep doing hip hop music Until the day that I die (aight bitch) [Verse 1] Yo I'm into voodoo, tarot cards and Ouija boards Lighting candles camping out at haunted beach resorts I write the dark shit, and rap about perverted violence Ghost stories of people murdered on deserted islands Dressed in jean shorts, high tops and tube socks Holding a rifle, with a life full of drama like 2Pac's Jumping off roof tops drunk after I do shots Landing in someone's backyard getting chewed up by two rots I got a new watch and two rings with huge rocks This rap shit got cash coming out the blue like nude cops I use to sell pizzas, now I got twelve visas So tell Jesus that I'mma quit sinning when hell freezes [Hook] That's why my brain is out of order That's probably why my nights are getting colder and my days seem shorter But as the world turns and I keep growing older I'll be living this hip hop till hell freezes over Bitch till hell freezes over I'll be living this hip hop till hell freezes over And as the world turns and I keep growing older I'll be living this hip hop till hell freezes...over [Verse 2] Yo I use to be too heavy in that cruising Gratiot crap I think I fucked my head up listening to acid rap I go to parties bumping Nasty Nas's new song And smoke pot till I get high and stare at shit for too long Like this weed is laced ain't it, it tastes tainted The whole place fainted, I woke up with my face painted Spaced out like Sci-Fi TV, "Fuck ICP, buy my CD!" That's what I'm screaming while I'm handing out promo tapes of my debut Telling bitches let me eat your pussy while I shave you Ain't no shame in my game I turn the party out Making everybody shout for the rapper with potty mouth [Hook] Uh, uh uh uh uh Ah ah ah ah Uh uh uh uh Ah ah ah ah Uh uh uh uh (Dr. Dre) Ah ah ah ah (Slim Shady) (Outsidaz)
