I've had them in Business and First and never used them. They are not refrigerated so you have to order a glass and ice from the attendant. So I just order the drink from them as well. Total waste of space.

Why should I spend money for 2-3-2 configuration in Business Class, when I can get Q-Suites or reverse heringbone seats for approx. the same price at the competition? Those seats in the center are not worth any money.

2-3-2 would put me off...shorter flights I can deal with but anything over 10 hours...no way so I would always want and aisle seat and probably in the middle...they are a great airline but for 1 x 2 x 1 would be the go! Wonderful review again !

Did anyone see another aircraft fly below this one at 14:05 ? 2-3-2 seating arrangement in business class ? Better to fly premium economy in Singapore airlines on A350 then, atleast you save significant amount of money & get almost same space. Seems for EK, premium economy is their new business. Didn't expect this from EK, especially after seeing their business class on A380.

ICE's most important feature is the planes camera..I appreciate learning about their WiFi service. Customers can still enjoy 10MB for free for up to two hours from initial sign-up. London may offer better lighting when you approach the runway at the airport.

As a solo traveller, I will prefer the A380 over B777. Not feeling a sense of privacy on EK B777. That being said, great video and keep it up!

2-3-2 is outdated especially in 2019 for the price of the ticket. No direct aisle access for window seat users and middle aisle row also isn't great; 1-2-1 has really become the standard, or at least 2-2-2, Emirates needs to update their whole fleet to stay ahead. If I'm travelling business with someone else, I always ask for the window seat, to make sure I don't end up in the dreaded 3 sections. People may say it's complaining but the ticket price is double economy; not to mention for long haul flights it means if you have to get up in the middle of the night and you are sat next to someone you don't know; there's a chance you might wake them up if you don't have direct aisle access.

Soap Scenes but the service is exceptional. The lounge and services provided at the airport and in the plane are what compensates for this very dense configuration. Also you people tend to forget that 1-2-1 config is a first class config and not necessarily a business class config. Usually when people complain about the config and say it’s like premium economy I immediately assume they only flew business class once. Anyways that being said a 2-2-2 config would be a better improvement. But since the 777 fleet have a 3 class layout most of the times and the services are top of the game, the config is the least of my worries. But Emirates really lost it’s quality lately. My flight to Kuala Lumpur was horrible.

Niccolo Machiavelli the Emirates A380 offers a business layout of 1-2-1. Plus, they make your bed with a mattress and there is a bar in the back.

My recent 777 business class experience has been on American, Cathay Pacific and Qatar. The first two have 1-2-1 seating while Qatar has 2-2-2, which was OK as I was traveling with my wife. Emirates looks pretty good, but not better than Qatar. I'd take AA's mediocre catering and service over Emirates just because of the much better seats.

Business Class with 2-3-2 config? Its remember me about British Airways Airbus A380 on business class where it has 2-4-2 config, but all pasenggers have direct aisles access (I have watched it in video, but i forgot the channel). For me Business Class config is 2-2-2 or 1-2-1.

What emirates don’t tell you is that even if you book business class on the a380, they can change the aircraft to the 777 with no warning, and then charge you if you want to change your flight to one that might be an a380, unless they change that one too. 2-3-2, and all you can see is your neighbours tv screen. I’m going with Qatar or Singapore from now on.

Thanks for showing the full takeoff roll. Always like to time how long different aircraft take to get airborne. Looking forward to your 777 first class report next month. Great review best one I’ve seen on KZbin, I do prefer the 1-2-1 layout on other aircraft and airlines but all in all Emirates in my opinion are one of the best airlines and operate over 100 of my favourite aircraft the B777

Really nice and luxury materials used for the seats and sorroundings that give a sense of luxury, but I do rather prefer the 1-2-1 layout on Business class as the new BA , QR and so on...2-3-2 does not allow the need of privacy you are looking for if you pay the extra to fly Business class today, I do not why EK have chosen this kind of layout that to my opinion is not oriented to the new trends and to what the market and business travelers are expecting today

Still 2-3-2 arrangement? Not good. Pointless mini bar when the drinks are not cool! Seem to have little storage space too! Unlimited WiFi is nice! They didn't have that when I last fly Business Class with them. Emirates only attraction for me is their attractive pricing! They certainly a lot cheaper as compare to SIA! I know, you got what you pay for!

You know what? I can imagine a COUPLE traveling together taking the aisle plus the centre/middle seat. The wife gets the aisle and the husband gets the less favorite middle seat, while still (almost) rubbing shoulders with the wife. Better than being in separate suites with fixed partitions.

Although I am nothing more than a mere commoner, in my wildest dreams, I am being chauffeur driven to an airport, eating delicious food in a relaxing lounge, walking onto a glistening grand airplane. I am sitting on a more-than-comfortable seat, served beautiful food, and being whisked away to an exotic location… and then I wake up. Alas it might just be a dream, for now, but someday….someday………

Whilst I think Emirates missed a trick keeping the out-dated 2-3-2 layout, the new seats do seem a lot nicer than the older 777s that I always end up on when going from Dubai to Manila or Cebu.

Raise your hand if you want Dr. LTE to go back to Soneva Jani ? This is an awesome product for a group or family, however, they will have middle seat issues with a full load. Anyone else notice two things: 1. Pepsi product in the mini bar set-up and Coca Cola product on the menu. Either very clever to cater to your brand preference or an error by purchasing, and; 2. 1405 - 1408 the other plane duck beneath
