The infamous Moscow flights. Drunk pax galore and puke all the way to the hatracks stories experienced. As a male crew I had to cover her service aisle during the rest of the flight for a female crew being harassed onboard by one of her pax in her area, but very common behaviour by passengers. Sad. Great story-telling Veronica, once again. Great video ! I could ramble but "Snakes on The Plane" to MRU (Lav find). YC Pax + blankets + return MLA flight = trouble in waiting. Osaka fuel leak from one of the wings : Serving pax in terminal building extending our duty for close to 24hrs in full uniform, then being "awarded" nujoum certificates (As it happened it also was my B'day) for going the extra mile as they say by upper management and all our CCMs. On ground playing around on the carts and generally making fools of our selves taking pictures and videos crafting fake Skywards advertising leaflets and "Welcome to dubai" after-landing videos. Those were the days in Dubai.

The Captain owed you an apology for the the 2nd incident for blowing you off on your report to him. I had a boss like that one time, I could be getting shot at, and he would be like "yeah, I think you're overthinking things here bro". I'm of the opinion that if a passenger makes inappropriate sexual advances to any flight crew, or actually touches/assaults them inappropriately, that there should be mandatory jail sentences. You are the law-enforcement up there in a locked tube full of guys & gals, some of whom are very insecure in life, so you should be able to have the authority to lock a passenger up if need be. Some of these people weren't raised well, but look at some of the young generation today, and you see what they are the product of. I would expect that if a passenger is blacklisted from Emirates, they are blacklisted forever.

It’s disappointing in story 1 how a purser can be so unprofessional and desperate for attention. In story 2, the captain was a joke In not believing the severity of the issue you reported. He should be demoted. In story 3, these people who harass females tend to be ones who never worked in a corporate environment. Disgusting people! These stories are so fascinating I hope you do more videos like this again 😊

Agree with you! But to be fair: most of my flights consisted of great passengers and even better crew 🥰 I’m just telling the worst passenger stories because so many people asked me 🤣 I’ll keep them coming! ♥️

EK policy is that when passengers in economy are eating they’re supposed to have the seat upright. You can lean back after they collect the trays :)

Hi Veronica, enjoyed your stories. Keep sharing., especially juicier ones.🫠 Have new level of respect for cabin crew after listening your stories and other cabin crew. Everyone is envious about the perceived life style and doesn't see the other side, i.e. 16 hour flights, getting up at 2 AM for a long flight, separated from family and friends back home, dealing with drunk obnoxious passengers and having to clean up after someone threw up, etc. I think it's Society in general. People everywhere are intolerable and have a sense of entitlement and could care less about anyone else's rights. I once had someone sit in my seat that I selected and he refused to move. He wanted to sit next to his daughter. We'll, if he wanted to he should have booked seats together. I should have asked the flight attendants to make him move.
