Nice review. Some quick Zafina things. They changed her ff4 in t8 so it doesn't low crush anymore. She actually can get a combo off CH d3 now without going into MNT. She does WS 3 as the pickup into SCR df1 or something for T!

Cause he really isn't. Certainly a strong character, that can blow you up the moment you forget his rules, but he can't hold a candle next to actual top tiers like the Jims, Drags, Niners or Alisers

I think it's because he has to take serious risk to really get stuff going. His safe stuff isn't NC and his NC stuff definitely isn't safe. With that being said, he's so looked down upon (e.g., bottom 3 in a lot of pros' tier-lists) that people just don't consider him a threat and that's biting them in the behind.
