Those NOX sensors are color coded. Black sheath on the wire is dirty exhaust (after turbo before dpf) grey is clean exhaust (after emissions package) tailpipe out.

Im in chicago we had an issur were guys were shutting everything down on our garbage trucks without letting the lines purge we replaced 6 def pumps that had cracked from residual fluid in the winter

I think maybe we should start mailing these emission parts back to the EPA so they can check EACH one to see it it was working as they wanted. I think fondly of them each time my tractor goes into regen.......

Def is killing this industry, it's impossible to find a machine that will run 2000 hours without something with emissions going wrong. Those kamatsu are tricky , they are setup to shut themselves down if they are left idle but the power in the cab / gages stay on and kill the battery then they are a bugger to jump start they like to pop fuses
