Those are eyes of beast, not humans, however, if they were Human eyes, the pupil most likely would have shattered without the outerlayer of the eye breaking, after the tissue that originaly was behind the pupil grows through the cracks of the shattered pupil, the pupil appears to be shattered, if this were to happen to a human, not only would they be blind but also be in an immense amount of pain.

For 3:25, I guess the best explanation I can come up with is that either those eyes have a condition called Coloboma (a defect where the iris has been malformed) or some form of trauma happened to the eye and now the iris is torn or scratched away. As for Coloboma, the person with it can see quite normal (but are sensitive to some bright lights). As for the latter, there is a risk of you becoming blind or extremely light sensitive

The eye thing is because the iris and the ciliary body/tissue are either torn or not there anymore, which makes it so you are not able to control how much light goes into the eye so that would freaking suck. And the lack of the parts let’s you see more light so in high light situations even closing your eyes wouldn’t help you much
