350g baby squid, sliced 1 tsp salt 5 tbsp corn flour 1 egg Vegetable oil, to fry To finish 1/2tsp black peppercorns 1/2tsp pink peppercorns 1 red chilli, sliced into rings For the side salad 2 spring onions, sliced ½ a cucumber, cut into batons Small bunch of fresh coriander, washed and leaves picked 1 lime, cut into wedges 150g salad leaves, washed Any dipping sauce such as sweet chilli etc
