I actually like this moment of very polite telling-off between Emma and Frank. And I always like happy endings - I'm glad Emma and Jane saw eye-to-eye at last.

I actually really like this scene! It shows Emma's feelings very true when she first found out in the book.

Tbh I get why this was deleted. At the end, Emma says something about them both marrying so clearly this scene would have come after her engagement to Mr Knightley and I think at this point it wouldn't really have fit because that's when everyone gets their happy endings.
@lavieparisien7274 Жыл бұрын
But it's a happy ending. They say they marry people who make them better persons. And that's true, Emma isn't a perfect human. She's very flawed so

I wish they kept this. It was quite similar in the books, Emma and Jane reconciled their differences and finally became actual friends. It was sweet to see women supporting women and also I wish we had more scenes of Frank and Jane (like that one time Mr. Knightley already suspected the 2 of them to have something together but no one believed him lol)

En realidad sería después de que se besan, que afirman que el señor Knightley está dispuesto a vivir en su casa. Luego tendría que venir está escena y luego , al final, el casamiento.

Jane owed her nothing if anything Emma and Frank have been mean and have been mocking and bullying poor Jane, especially that one scene in the book where they were playing that game scribble or something idk and they both decided it would be amusing to spell dixon or something and that made Jane sad
