I think that Emma handled the whole thing pretty professionally. It's gotta be tough for her to balance having to ask this fool about her side of things for the sake of having to hold an interview, trying to get her to open up, at the same time as obviously not wanting to give her too much of a platform for her nonsense. At the same time as try not to make it excruciating for viewers to watch. At the same time as keeping her own thoughts in check, not giving her a piece of her mind, as we can see from her body language that she clearly dislikes this girl.

@@punkybrewstar83 Exactly!! Roxanne seriously pisses me right off! I grew up hearing and seeing my mum being beaten and abused and sometimes I ended up on the receiving end of it as well. Its hard enough to come forward because DV abusers are sly and manipulative fuckers who twist the truth to their advantage and then malicious nutters like Roxanne go around making up allegations about being victims and thanks to her its now even more difficult for actual victims to be believed because they'll be tarred with Roxanne's lying and crying wolf brush! I was the victim of a similar person at work. She claimed I physically threatened her and squared up to her when no one was around. I never did anything of the sort. She made even worse accusations about another male colleague. Why did she do it? I think she loved to play the victim, all her friends would gather around her protectively, reassure her, tell she was brave, a survivor...But it was all rubbish from start to finish. Part of the campaign was that she told the female colleagues that she had reported it to management and now it was in their hands she wasn't allowed to discuss it... therefore to protect her they should all keep it to themselves. It went on for months. I was ostracized. Conversations would end whenever I walked into the room. No one would smile or talk to me. I didn't know why.I didn't know the same was happening to the other guy. We both ended up having to take time off with stress (When this kind of thing goes on for months it's horrible) Finally, one of the female colleagues broke rank because she started to see that the other woman's story didn't add up and it all came out. Women like Roxanne Pallet are vile.

i am not saying her behavior isn't bad but she clearly has a mental health disorder underlying. sometimes people with certain mental health disorders do not know what they are actually interpreting in there brain. she probably has had a PTSD event in the past that makes her see a sleight touch as malicious behavior. dissasociative disorder is a defense mechanism of the brain and is a very different delusion compared to a psychosis based disorder. i actually knew someone with this condition and they did not understand when they were lying about something that never happened. most of the time when something did happen it was in a defensive way or triggered by anxiety.

I wish I'd seen this earlier. Roxanne Pallett worked for me as an actress and she told lies and tried to damage my reputation and career as a director. If I'd seen this when it happened I'd have gone to the press to add my name to those she lied about and whose career she tried to ruin. I'm so glad that this happened to her as I had her agent on the phone to me repeating all her lies about how I'd behaved in rehearsals. She walked out on the show days before it opened after all the press and advertising with her name on had gone out, leaving the entire cast and show in trouble and she tried to blame it on my actions. All lies. Before this, she's already destroyed her career in the industry going around lying and creating drama. She is disgusting. The stress she put me through was unbelievable as all the money I had and years of work was in that show. I'm so glad to see she got what she deserves. What a manipulative lying evil person.

I should have said this happened back in 2009, so this woman has been lying and crying and getting some evil kick out of causing chaos for many years. I'd been running my company successfully for 15 years and working in theatre for 20 years and I walked away from theatre after the stress of all that. She probably has no idea how much stress walking out of a show days before it opens on the back of lies does to a director/producer like myself. I guess I'm lucky she didn't tell lies about me that could have put me in jail. Just lies to breach a contract and wreck a show and company.

A mate of mine who I was in College with years ago played Laila in The Story of Tracy Beaker when she was in her early-teens. She said that Connor's the nicest, gentlest person ever. There's no way he'd have done anything like that to Roxanne. The worrying thing is that there are men six foot under because of liars like her. It also takes away from genuine victims of domestic violence, women who have truly suffered and men for that matter, people who suffer in silence because they fear they won’t be believed, people like Roxy make it harder. BB could have nipped this is the bud, called her into the diary room and shown her the footage. They too share some responsibility for allowing the situation to blow out of all proportion. But one thing that stands out is she didn’t actually say she is sorry she said she can’t apologise enough, there is a difference.
