im not from London, so can I ask a question? what is that red flower they wear on the left side of their chest? I have watched a few shows like Celebrity Juice and they also have this :)

It's called "Poppy pins". It's being worn to commemorate the fallen soldiers and to show supports to the men who are still in service.
